Can I have my order delivered on my arrival day in Curacao?
Of course. We will keep track of your flight status and adjust the delivery time accordingly. For this service, we would need your flight information.
How far in advance can I order Pidii?
You can order between 1 month to 24 hours before your flight. However, we recommend you to order once your arrival date and time are confirmed.
Is Pidii available throughout the entire island?
Yes, Pidii delivers on the entire island.
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is based on the location of the accommodation. Once you select your vacation accommodation, you’ll see the delivery fee appear before you checkout.
What are the grocery delivery hours?
Monday to Sunday, between 13:00 and 22:00.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
No worries, we will arrange a new delivery moment. Please note that an extra fee will be charged for the additional delivery service.
What happens when a product is unavailable?
No need to panic, if a product is not available, we will replace it with a similar item. If the latter is not possible, we will refund the price of the unavailable product to you.
